Customer review processing policy
Purpose
wheelsandtime.com allows its customers to rate and leave feedback on the Service it provides and on the browsing experience on its website.
This policy describes in particular the conditions for collecting reviews, moderating and returning reviews, as well as the criteria that customers must comply with in order for their reviews to be accepted and published.
This policy is part of wheelsandtime.com's ongoing effort to improve the quality of its service to customers.
Terms and conditions for submitting reviews and ratings
Upon delivery, customers are invited to give their opinion by e-mail, by writing a comment and rating the Service and/or the Provision by expressing their satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 5 represented by stars. A free field also allows customers to leave a qualitative or non-qualitative opinion if they so wish.
These satisfaction surveys are sent by email to the customer upon delivery of their order. They are sent by e-mail to the e-mail address given when the order was placed.
All reviews are solicited following use of the Service concerned and purchase of the resulting Service. The customer will receive a discount code for taking the trouble to write a review.
The present policy is deemed to have been accepted by the customer prior to submitting a comment or rating. This policy remains permanently accessible on the wheelsandtime.fr website.
Each review must be linked to a contactable author.
To leave a review, the customer must be a natural person, must not be in a conflict of interest situation, and must have personally used the Service evaluated and finalized the purchase of the Service.
In order to ensure the authenticity of the review, the customer must also be able to be identified by the contact details he/she communicates and which are necessary for the smooth running of the Service and the Provision, i.e. the email address and/or telephone number he/she has communicated for the smooth running of the Service and/or the Provision.
The reviewer accepts the possibility of being contacted by telephone or e-mail for analysis purposes or to process any dissatisfaction.
Reviews are generally published within 6 days of receipt of the review, without this period constituting a commitment to results on the part of wheelsandtime.com.
The date mentioned on the published review is the date of publication of the review, which generally does not exceed 7 days after the completion of the Service.
For the convenience of Internet users, we offer reviews with comments. Internet users can access all reviews (with or without comments) published on the wheelsandtime website
Moderation
Customer comments are moderated by wheelsandtime.com, to ensure that they do not contravene current laws and practices, that they remain decent, courteous and respectful of others, and that they do not deviate from the subjects that wheelsandtime.com is intended to cover, or divert its purpose.
The role of the moderators is to reject comments that offend the respect of others or harm the quality of exchanges.
Reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to :
if the message contains insults or coarse language ;
if the message contains random characters or a series of meaningless words;
if the message has nothing to do with the subject noted;
if the message is so badly written as to be unintelligible;
if a user makes an inappropriate comment about other content or its author;

if the message indicates that the user has not completed his or her consumer experience;
if the content mentions websites, hyperlinks, URLs, e-mail addresses or telephone numbers, including those of the customer or product manufacturer;
wheelsandtime.com, in accordance with the law, reserves the right not to post any comment it deems contrary to the above moderation principles, or from which a third party deems one or more of these contributions to be prejudicial and requests its removal.
wheelsandtime.com, in its capacity as simple moderator, cannot guarantee the veracity, probity or honesty of contributions, which may, where applicable, engage the civil or criminal liability of their author.
In the event that a comment is rejected by the moderators, it should be noted that the grade awarded is taken into account in calculating the average grade for the service, and cannot be modified.
